Terms of Use for PulseBlocks

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PulseBlocks, including the mobile game, related features, support services, and any associated content we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PulseBlocks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable law.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. The Services

PulseBlocks is a mobile puzzle game. Features may include gameplay modes, coins, unlockable themes or cosmetics, statistics, progression systems, optional advertisements, and support features.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use PulseBlocks for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

This license does not give you ownership of the app, its code, its content, or any of our intellectual property.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the Services;

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law prohibits restrictions on that right;

• cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or interfere with the normal operation of the game;

• attempt to bypass progression, rewards, advertisements, purchases, or gameplay restrictions in unauthorized ways;

• interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, networks, or connected systems;

• use the Services in violation of applicable law or regulation; or

• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

6. In-Game Currency, Rewards, and Unlocks

PulseBlocks may include virtual items such as coins, cosmetic unlocks, themes, effects, progression rewards, and similar digital content.

These items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable except where required by law. They may be modified, removed, or reset as part of game updates, balancing, bug fixes, or feature changes.

We may change the availability, pricing, earning rates, or functionality of virtual items at any time.

7. Ads and Rewarded Features

PulseBlocks may display advertisements, including rewarded ads, banner ads, interstitial ads, or similar formats.

If you choose to interact with a rewarded advertisement, you may receive an in-game benefit such as coins, a bonus reward, or other gameplay-related value. Rewarded benefits are provided only when the ad interaction is successfully completed and confirmed.

We are not responsible for ad availability at all times. Advertisements may not be available in every region, on every device, or in every gameplay session.

Your use of ad-supported features may also be subject to the policies or terms of third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob, if used.

8. No Account or Online Profile Features Currently Required

PulseBlocks currently does not require traditional account creation or username/password sign-in in order to play.

If we add online account systems, cloud save, public profiles, leaderboards, or similar connected features in a future version, additional terms or updated Terms may apply.

9. Purchases

If PulseBlocks offers in-app purchases now or in the future, those purchases are processed by the platform provider, such as Apple, and not directly by us.

Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. Refund requests are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.

Virtual items and digital content purchased in the app are licensed to you and do not have cash value.

10. Updates and Changes to the App

We may release patches, updates, bug fixes, content changes, balancing adjustments, or new features at any time.

You acknowledge that game features, item values, progression systems, rewards, difficulty, cosmetic offerings, and ad behavior may change over time.

We are not obligated to continue supporting any particular feature or version of the Services.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, advertising services, analytics tools, or support tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to PulseBlocks and the Services, including all software, designs, gameplay systems, text, graphics, logos, audio, visual effects, icons, and related content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without our prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, or to certain features of the Services, if we reasonably believe that you:

• violated these Terms;

• used the Services in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way;

• interfered with the operation of the app; or

• attempted to exploit, manipulate, or damage the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app.

Termination or suspension does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We do not guarantee that bugs, defects, or interruptions will never occur.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, loss of goodwill, device issues, or other losses arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the Services during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patton Ventures LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• your misuse of the Services;

• your violation of these Terms;

• your violation of applicable law; or

• your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

19. Disputes

If you have a dispute or concern about the Services, you agree to contact us first at support@pattonventures.org and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

20. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded PulseBlocks from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• these Terms are between you and Patton Ventures LLC, and not with Apple;

• Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content;

• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Services;

• in the event of any failure of the Services to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app to you, if applicable; and

• to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Services.

You further acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific features, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

• refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled through Google Play, except where otherwise required by law.
